At Eritaj Grenadye, every product is made especially for you once an order is placed. Because our products are custom-made through our production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please provide:

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The order could not be fulfilled by our production partner.

Other situations approved at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, order modifications or cancellations can only be requested within a limited timeframe after purchase.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Eritaj Grenadye cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
